During the waning moon this week so much came up for me. One of my favorite moon phases is the Balsamic phase, which is the very last sliver of the moon before it turns
Dark. Emotions can be so heightened at this time, difficult situations can come up and of course the sign the moon is in can exacerbate all of that. Have you noticed-as we approach the New moon-anything this past week that came up for you that your soul wants you to let go of?
I created this candle, containing “Anger Be Gone” incense from Otherworldly Waxes. For less than 10.00, you can obtain beeswax pellets, a candle making kit from Dollar Tree, and a stainless steel bowl. Pour the pellets into the glass container from the kit to see how much fits, then pour it into the bowl and put the bowl in the oven set at 375 for 20 mins. After it melts pour it into the glass container and put anything you want as you pour, pieces of crystals, herbs, etc. in it too.
All the snacks from my time down the shore. I love going on trips during the week, it’s a nice break from the major rush of working.
I pulled this card from the Crystal Wisdom Healing Oracle, created by Judy Hall whose book “Crystal Prescriptions” I absolutely love. This was so insightful.
Have you ever heard of Lunar Mansions? I went down a fascinating rabbit hole this week. Read about it here and engage in some shadow work prompts which you can do throughout the 28 day moon cycle starting with Aries.
I’ve realized the value of keeping an envelope system when you want to plan ahead. I’m a big believer in 12 step fellowships, whatever your dis-ease, and since last year I’ve been a part of DA (Debtor’s Anonymous) which has shown me the light in how to treat my money with love, care, and respect. In turn my money has been working better for me, and this envelope system is fun and easy.
Sometimes you need to ask your Higher Power to “please help me not give a fuck how other people perceive me.” Please help me reach the vantage point of the Higher Self. As a creative, this is a lengthy process but when you see other people do it, you believe there is hope.
