Shadow

Happy Personal Hell day - Monday, the day of Cancer (my favorite day, my favorite sign). This week I offer to you 6 images for your pleasure, depicting very loosely the stages of the shadow. This was not planned, I went with the good old gut. As Hali Karla states, “The creative energy during a Scorpio moon is very high. Do it, even if it’s irrational.” I enjoyed creating these images the most because, I see my late aunt in myself. And she was my favorite relative of all time. She is in and with me here, along with anyone else I was channeling whose shadow brings them excruciating pain. Those who had to die in order to really live.

We writhe in pain. We seethe inside. Like an invisible snake, it alludes us.

Then we see it, we’ve got it! It’s out!

But we hide. We deny. This is not me! This is not happening! we exclaim.

We bang our heads against the wall in disgust.

We feel deep shame. How do we find, our way out?

We accept. We coax it into the light. We tap into peace.
